Who's going to have Versus next year? They've lost 12 million subscribers. That's my biggest concern.

Has anyone heard whether Versus will be broadcasting Indy Lights again this year? I have not seen a new broadcast schedule for FIL.

I heard there will be no Indy Lights coverage this year.

^^^That's terrible! I thought some of the FIL races last year were more exciting than the IndyCars. Does anyone know why Versus chose to discontinue coverage of these races?

My biggest concern has been the move to VERSUS in the first place....

Is FIRST rate VERSUS coverage better for sponsors than SECOND rate ESPN coverage ?

CART/Champ Car already proved this is the wrong way to go when they moved to SPEED/SPIKE.

Remember, TV is not about what hard core fans want, its about eyeballs, which is what sponsors want.

I liked the Versus move at first. I think the concept is valid. However, with the recent problems and loss of households, I am not so sure anymore.

One can only hope that Comcast's buyout of NBC will help Versus in 2011
