Really tough call the weekend.... First proper track in last five races - though Spa is the exception. Before that I looked at Silverstone as a good similar track. But that is 7 races ago, and lots of development and lots of changes since then. Some people have completely new cars. I still think the Bulls are fast, they just haven't been lately.

This is going to be wrong because its a retread because I missed the deadline. I'd say a Brawn weekend with Barrichello winning & Button clinching. Maybe I'll root for rain. :-)

It's kind of funny how the first half of the season ended up being fairly predictable with everyone scoring points (particularly if you were on the Button bandwagon), and in the second half we've all had trouble scoring any points...

Geez--I didn't think the next race was until November, but then I realized that Sunday is November! I'm just too busy this fall! Here are my picks from last time that didn't work out so well!

And the winner of the Pick 3 for 2009 is - drumroll please

skidmark!

Yes sireee! In an amazing come from behind victory skidmark earned an incredible 13 pts. in the last 4 races to come from way from behind to take the world famous pick 3 here at paddocktalk.com!

Racer X, your truly came in a very close second place followed by F1 fan-sky who took third.

So skidmark, please PM MSulka to find out where to pick up your prizes and find out when Bob Varsha and Hobbs want to interview you. I think there's another check involved for your appearance there and if it goes well, Speed may have a TV show for you!

Great job everyone!

I am as amazed as anyone else at the turn of events here. Truly staggering, given the degree of difficulty at picking this thing correctly.

I must give a tip of the hat to my most worthy competitors Racer X and F1 Sky for their excellent seasons and I must admit I am as amazed as Lewis Hamilton at the end of the 2009 season ... "You mean I won? How the heck did that happen? All I was looking for was a respectable finish!"

I will bask in my glory until March 2010 when it all begins anew. And I will remember that the only thing tougher than winning it all is repeating.
