Well some good news for Dale Coyne Racing has come about. The Boy Scouts of America has teamed up with them. They will be promoted on the #19 car. The partnership is good this year and beyond. The idea is to promote family fun and education by utilizing engineering aspects of the series to promote science and technology in scouting.
Dale Coyne said he is still seeking primary sponsorship for this #19 car. As most of you know, Dale Coyne Racing already has the #18 car driven by Justin Wilson. So this is good news and shows that they are likely to have 2 full time entries this season.

The indycar.com article on this announcement states that Dale Coyne " noted that he's seeking primary sponsorship for the No. 19 entry."
So, is this an actual sponsorship deal, or just an 'learning program' for the Boy Scouts? |

The other question is whether Z-line will return.
